By accessing, registering for, or using the tora4d platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are permitted to hold only one Account with tora4d. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify tora4d immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
Before processing your first withdrawal, tora4d requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit a clear, legible copy of a government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or passport) displaying your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date. Additional documentation may be requested, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) or proof of payment method ownership. The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account functionality until KYC verification is successfully completed. Processing time for KYC verification is typically 24 to 48 hours from submission of complete documentation.
The Service is intended solely for users located in Indonesia. Accessing or using the Service from jurisdictions where online betting is illegal or restricted is prohibited. The Company is not responsible for users who access the Service in violation of their local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
tora4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Maximum single deposit limits are Rp 100,000,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000,000 for e-wallets, subject to change based on payment provider restrictions. Deposits initiated during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB Monday through Friday) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Deposits initiated outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. The Company does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by tora4d support. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 for standard members; higher limits apply to VIP tier members (Silver and Gold). Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts submitted before 14:00 WIB on business days are typically processed the same day. Processing time for approved withdrawals is 1 to 24 hours for bank transfers and typically under 1 hour for e-wallets. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing withdrawals. No fees are charged by tora4d for withdrawals, but your receiving financial institution may impose receiving fees.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to all deposited funds, whether or not a bonus was claimed. The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious transaction patterns, including but not limited to rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without meaningful betting activity, deposits and withdrawals from different payment methods without explanation, or transactions that appear designed to obscure the origin of funds. Accounts flagged for AML review may experience delayed withdrawals pending completion of investigation.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in the Player's name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Withdrawals are processed only to accounts that match the name on your tora4d Account as verified through KYC. The Company will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Bonuses and promotions offered by tora4d are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined on the promotions page at the time of offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all stated terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any given time. Attempting to abuse bonuses through any means, including creating multiple Accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting system errors, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, reversal of associated winnings, and potential Account termination.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (bets with odds below 1.50 may not contribute). Specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus's terms. Maximum bet per spin, hand, or wager while a bonus is active is Rp 25,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
All bonuses have a validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from claim date) during which wagering requirements must be completed. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited automatically. Withdrawing deposited funds before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by tora4d. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected irregular betting patterns, potential system exploitation, or bets that exceed established limits. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious system error or technical malfunction as determined by the Company. Sports bet settlement is based on official results as determined by the governing body of each sport or competition. In cases where official results are delayed, bets may remain unsettled until official confirmation is available.
All games offered on tora4d are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures. The Company does not control game outcomes and does not have the ability to manipulate results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by game providers and are audited by independent testing agencies. Actual RTP experienced by individual players may vary significantly due to the statistical nature of gambling and short-term variance. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from Service interruptions, delays, or errors. In the event that a game is interrupted due to technical malfunction, the Company will attempt to restore the game state and allow completion, or if restoration is not possible, will void the game and refund the original bet amount.
The tora4d Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be error-free or secure, or that any errors will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tora4d and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Company acts solely as a platform facilitating access to these games and is not responsible for game outcomes, technical issues arising from provider systems, or disputes related to game functionality. The Company reserves the right to suspend any Account temporarily for investigation if we suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that violates our policies. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. You will be notified of the suspension and the reasons for it via email. tora4d may terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in prohibited activities, or if we determine that continued provision of Service to you would expose the Company to legal or regulatory risk. Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from breach activities will be forfeited. Legitimately deposited funds not involved in breaches will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to the Company.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting closure. Before closure is finalized, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your Account (subject to completion of any active wagering requirements) and settle any outstanding obligations. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened before the expiration of the self-exclusion period. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you will need to create a new Account if you wish to use the Service again in the future, subject to these Terms and any applicable self-exclusion periods.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tora4d is licensed and operates. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined herein.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt resolution through tora4d's internal customer support process. Submit your complaint in writing via email to our support team, clearly stating the nature of the dispute and any relevant Account information. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and will investigate and respond to your complaint within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter to senior management for review.
If internal dispute resolution does not result in a satisfactory outcome, you agree that any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator in accordance with international arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration, with the arbitrator's fees divided equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise based on the merits of the case.
